    * NOTE: Unless otherwise stated for yachts with approved RYA and/or diving instructors, SCUBA DIVING, if at all possible, is only allowed for those with a valid international scuba diving license, together with current insurance specifically covering scuba diving activities. Any person wishing to scuba dive or Jet Ski will be requested to sign a disclaimer on board, i.e. practicing said/s sport/s at his/her very own risk. In no case will anyone be allowed to scuba dive on his/her own even if provided with licenses/insurance etc. Regarding jet-skiing, current international regulations contemplate that it is only allowed for people holding a suitable license. The standard policy is that everyone practising a water sport where an engine is involved will be obliged to wear a life jacket (water skiing, jet skiing, riding inflatable toys behind one of the yacht’s tenders, etc…). The Captain is the maximum authority on board and therefore responsible to ensure neither human life nor the yacht itself is ever at danger. Should he decide at any given time that practicing a certain water sport is no convenient, please listen to him; he is only doing it for your own good.

    Finally, please allow us to remind you that crew gratuities are customary. Nevertheless, this remains at the Charterer’s entire discretion. As a rule of thumb, the average tip varies between 5% and 15% of the charter fee depending upon the level of satisfaction with the service received.
