Built by Feadship in 1989, the 45.2m MP5 combines De Voogt design with accommodation for ten guests in five cabins. Extensive refits include replacement main engines, refreshed guest interiors and a 35-year Lloyd’s Special Survey completed in March 2025.
MP5 is a 45.2-metre Feadship built by C. van Lent & Zonen in 1989, pairing De Voogt lines with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. Her 432 GT interior accommodates ten guests in five cabins, supported by nine crew. Extensive refits and technical upgrades include replacement main engines in 2020–21 and a 35-year Lloyd’s Special Survey completed in March 2025.
Classic Feadship, carefully renewed
The 2020–21 programme refreshed guest cabins and bathrooms, introduced extensive carpentry and stonework, and created an open-plan galley. It also included a bridge rebuild, navigation refit and new air-conditioning plant. Further machinery and systems work continued through 2025 and into 2026.
Space for guests and time together
The master suite has a private owner’s office, while four further cabins provide guest accommodation. A separate gym includes a convertible Pullman berth. The main salon, formal dining area and bridge-deck lounge offer distinct spaces to gather indoors.
Life across the decks
Bridge-deck aft dining and a sun pad complement the main-deck aft seating area. The sun deck carries a barbecue and bar fridge, and the stern swim platform provides access to the water. The documented tender inventory includes a six-metre Ribeye RIB and a 2024 Saxdor 320 chase boat.
Equipped for extended cruising
Twin Caterpillar C18 engines, Quantum zero-speed stabilisers, two HEM watermakers and twin Starlink Maritime connections support cruising aboard. The specification gives a maximum speed of 13.7 knots and a range of 3,500 nautical miles at ten knots.
